Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping InformationWe will ship your purchase within 2-3 business days. Please note this means Monday-Friday for UPS and Monday-Saturday for USPS.
Returns PolicyWe will accept returns within 7 days of purchase, you are still responsible for shipping (both ways). All returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept boots that have had blades mounted on them, or blades that have been sharpened by anyone other than us. Returns must be returned to us in the same condition they left our shop. Please call or email for a return authorization. All sales of clearance items and special orders are final. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing or premature breakdown of skates due to oversizing. Be sure you have the correct size before ordering. You may call us for assistance with measuring, but unless we can measure you in person we cannot guarantee the fit. | ||||||||||||||
