Our story is like so many small businesses and has a lot of love and passion. Our business began with two close friends opening the store in 2006. Go Figure was created to have the special feel of a boutique with that perfect amount of sparkle, combined with any essential equipment our customers would need to help them succeed in their beautiful sport of figure skating. For over 15 years, Go Figure has continued to strive to be the go-to figure skating destination for our area skaters and has held on to our foundation and the ideas our business was built on. We can’t wait to continue to grow and share our love of the figure skating business with our customers.

About the Owner:

Hi! I’m Annie the Owner and Operator of Go Figure Skates- It’s great to meet you! A little about me- I began working at Go Figure in 2008 for the original Owners. I was trained by Shawn- our original Tech who taught me fitting, sharpening, mounting, and all other services we offer. I learned at a very young age that quality and precision is key and the most important thing when it comes to your equipment.

Not only did I grow up at Go Figure, I grew up in the STL figure skating community. I competed individually however, my passion was synchronized skating. I began synchro at age 14 skating for the Saint Louis Blade Brigade and then progressed to skating for Saint Louis Fleur de Lis in the USFS Intermediate division. I then received a scholarship to Lindenwood University where I majored in Retail Merchandising and skated all 4 years of school for their Open Collegiate team competing and medaling at sectionals and winning the Dr. Richard Porter competition.

Owning Go Figure Skates is a dream come true and I am so fortunate to carry on the legacy of this special place.
